Most of our holidays and courses can be arranged on other dates as long as we have a minimum of 2 people on each course or holiday. Private instruction or guiding is also available. Please phone with your own dates.

Prices for private guiding are from £150 per day depending on group size.

The minimum age limit for holidays and courses is 18 years of age. Children are welcome as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Booking - Please telephone for availability first, then complete the booking form and send it off with your deposit.

Bookings are confirmed when we receive your booking form and deposit. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the holiday or course fee is required for each person. Cheques should be made payable to OUTDOOR DIMENSIONS-SCOTLAND.

The balance of the fee is due 28 days before the holiday or course commences and is non-refundable. It is a condition of booking that you understand and appreciate that there may be a small risk involved in these activities. Flexibility with routes is essential in case of inclement weather and clients must abide by the decision of the Leader or Instructor.

Any losses or damage to equipment caused by the client must be paid in full before departure.  If you have to cancel your holiday or course we must be notified in writing as soon as possible. If for any reason we have to cancel a holiday or course, an alternative holiday or course will be offered or a full refund given.

Insurance - Outdoor Dimensions-Scotland strongly recommend that you take out suitable insurance with respect to personal accident and holiday cancellation insurance.

This can be arranged from the following companies for as little as £12 - £15 for a 5 day holiday or course.

Equipment - You will require suitable clothing and footwear. A comprehensive equipment list will be sent upon receipt of your booking form.

Transport - Many of our holidays and courses are in area's poorly served by public transport. Normally we meet our clients in the relevant area, and experience has shown that most people prefer to use their own transport.

Accommodation - This is not included in the price of some holidays and courses, please check individual holidays or courses for details.
