Scrambling in the Lake District
Scrambling Course an Introduction 2 Days
Scrambling is the next step up from hillwalking and will require the use of the hands to help with your balance to progress along the ridge or up the cliff.

On our 2 day courses we normally climb various different classic scrambles from grades 1 to 3. E.g. Cam Crag Ridge, Pinnacle Ridge or Great Carrs Buttress.

The rope may be used on some of the harder scrambles depending upon the weather or your ability.

All of the technical equipment is provided in the cost of the course (harness, helmet, ropes etc.), but you will require your own hill walking clothing, boots and rucksack.
